Try these if you have difficulties with sleeping! I fall dead asleep as soon as I close my eyes without any baths or alike, but kids are another story 🙂 Fun to make these bombs with children and then using them in their baths. The bath bombs get fizzy when put in water which is extra fun!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Epsom salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. citric acid
- ¼ tsp. chamomile oil
- ¼ tsp. lavender oil
- ½ tsp. evening primrose oil
Instructions
- Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl before adding in the oils.
- When this is done, press the mixture into the mold you chose. Add in a little water if the mold is not holding its shape.
- Let this set in a place undisturbed for at least 24 hours, taking it out of the mold after some time so it can finish drying.
