The Root Cause Protocol or Magnesium Protocol is a protocol that addresses a cellular mineral imbalance in the body. It’s important because the cellular imbalance is the root cause of many health issues.

What is The Root Cause Protocol (Magnesium Protocol)?

Our bodies take Oxygen (O2) from the air and combine it with Hydrogen (H) to make water (H20) in order to create energy.

This process requires bioavailable Copper in a usable form. Bioavailable copper ensures that Iron has “chaperones” to escort it throughout the body.

If the Copper is not bioavailable, Iron can wreak havoc inside the cells.

The Root Cause Protocol is designed to increase bioavailable Copper in order to decrease unbound Iron and decrease the Magnesium burn rate in order to repair cellular mineral imbalance.

The cellular imbalance is the root cause of virtually ALL health problems.

Cells are Designed to Create Energy

A healthy body needs to be able to create energy and clear exhaust. Mineral, vitamin, and magnesium depleted body can’t make enough energy.

If the root cause is not resolved, a person will feel exhausted all the time and the symptoms will never be resolved.

The Root Cause Protocol is all about learning to feed the body the correct nutrients in order to balance Magnesium, Copper, and Iron to repair cellular dysfunction.

Cellular dysfunction may lead to different autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, adrenal issues, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and many other health issues.

The Root Cause Protocol Steps

Step 1

The first most important step.

STOP taking/consuming/using the below products:

  • ❌Iron supplements
  • ❌Vitamin D3 supplements
  • ❌Calcium supplements
  • ❌Zinc supplements
  • ❌Molybdenum supplements
  • ❌Drugstore Multivitamins
  • ❌Synthetic forms of Ascorbic Acid, Citrate, Citric acid
  • ❌High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) and synthetic sugars
  • ❌Industrialized Omega-6 oils, ex. Soybean oil, Canola oil, etc.
  • ❌Using Fluoride (in toothpaste, water, etc)
  • ❌Colloidal silver as an antibiotic
  • ❌Eating Low-Fat, High-Carb, Processed, Refined foods

Step 2

You do not have to do everything in the below phases all at once or in the exact sequence or order. Stop stressing and start implementing slowly, step-by-step.

The root cause protocol is a lifestyle change as your body will always need minerals like Magnesium and Wholefood Vitamins (A, C, E, etc).

When you begin Phase 2, you should still continue Phase 1, and so on.

Phase 1:

START taking the below products/nutrients:

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Trace Minerals with a gallon of water and sip throughout the day.

Take ~200mg of Magnesium Malate with breakfast and ~200 mg with lunch.

Take ~900mcg Cod liver oil with breakfast.

Drink 1 serving of Adrenal cocktail mid-morning away from food.

Take ~400 mg of Wholefood Vitamin C with an adrenal cocktail.

1 serving of Wholefood Vit E with lunch.

~200mg of Magnesium Glycinate in the evening.

Topical Magnesium application in the evening.

Note: ~dosages vary depending on the weight and age

Phase 2:

START taking natural sources of B Vitamins, preferably all 3:

  • ✔️Bee pollen
  • ✔️Stabilized Rice Bran
  • ✔️Beef Liver

Add to Phase 1:

~1/2-1 tsp Bee pollen with breakfast

~1500mg Beef liver with breakfast and ~1500mg Beef liver with lunch

1 serving of Adrenal cocktail with ~400mg natural Vit C mid-morning and mid-afternoon away from food (2 times a day, 2 servings total)

~1-2 teaspoons of rice bran right before bed (or first thing in the morning) away from food.

Phase 3:

START taking the below supplements:

Add to Phase 1 and Phase 2:

~1-3mg Boron with breakfast

1 serving Iodine with breakfast

~500mg Taurine with dinner

~1/2-1 teaspoon of Diatomaceous Earth right before bed (or first thing in the morning) away from food.

Phase X:
  • ✔️Donate blood (men & post-menopausal women – every 3 months, women still cycling – twice a year) – *I prefer Hidjama (wet cupping)*
  • ✔️Get more Sunlight (do not use sunglasses before 10 a.m.)
  • ✔️Do “Joyful Movement” (walking, gardening, light exercise, etc)
  • ✔️Clear Food and Environmental sensitivities (Advanced Allergy Therapeutics, Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique – applied Kinesiology)
  • ✔️Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – Stress burns magnesium super fast
  • ✔️Limit Blue Light Radiation Exposure

Blue light from computers, phones, TV, etc is the start of ionizing radiation, which produces Hydrogen Peroxide. It’s a significant source of oxidative stress for our eyes and retina. Retinol repairs the oxidative stress caused by Blue Light.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Do not take Diatomaceous Earth, Stabilized Rice Bran during pregnancy and nursing.

Do not donate blood during pregnancy and nursing.
