Here is a list of my healthy breakfast ideas. I made this list a few years ago, and it was sitting on my notebook. So today I decided to copy the list to my blog for easy access. I hope it will be helpful for others too.
I tried to make sure that these breakfast ideas are nourishing with less empty carbs and include balanced protein/fat/carbs ratio.
